Return Policy

Any claims for items with printing errors, damaged, or defective must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. In the case of lost packages in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims that are deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

If you notice any issues with the products or any other aspect of the order, please submit a report of the problem to contact@pmbmusic.com. Specify the nature of the issue and include a photo of the defective item.
We strongly recommend that you keep your confirmation email for the purchase.

Please note that when returning an item, we ask that it remains in its original packaging and has not been used, washed, or damaged in any way, nor have the labels been removed. Any item that does not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure that the returned items are sent in a single package. We suggest using a courier service with tracking to monitor the return shipment.
Once the products are received and processed, you will receive a refund for the returned items.

We do not offer exchanges, so if you wish to purchase an alternative item, please place a new order on our online store. We will be happy to reimburse you for the shipping costs of a replacement item. Be sure to contact us and let us know before placing the new order, so we can provide you with a free shipping code.
Sale items are non-returnable.

Return Shipping Costs

Music Brokers is responsible for any shipping costs that may arise related to the return of a product. We will make all reasonable efforts to refund the returned products (subject to the conditions outlined above) as soon as possible after receiving the returned items. Please note that Music Brokers will not refund any duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the re-shipping costs once we confirm an updated address with you (if applicable).

Unclaimed

Unclaimed shipments will be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs (if applicable).

Notification for EU Consumers:
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council of October 25, 2011, on Consumer Rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and, for reasons of health or hygiene protection, are not suitable for return. Therefore, Music Brokers reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
