Any unauthorized assignment will be null and void; (v) nothing in these terms shall be construed as a grant of rights to third parties regarding Music Brokers; (vi) the failure of either party to enforce the rights granted under this agreement or to take action against the other party for breach of this agreement will not be considered a waiver by that party regarding subsequent enforcement of rights or actions in the case of future breaches; (vii) all waivers must be in writing. Any waiver or failure to enforce any provision of these terms on one occasion shall not be deemed a waiver of any other provision or of that provision on any other occasion; (viii) you and Music Brokers agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the site must be initiated within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action will be permanently barred.
